Assessments & Reports

Clear, Insight, Practical Support

We provide a range of clinically led assessments and reports tailored to a child’s communication, sensory and developmental presentation. Assessments are conducted by appropriately qualified clinicians and may include Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) evaluations using recognised clinical assessment methods and standardised tools where appropriate.

Following assessment, families receive a clear and comprehensive clinical report outlining assessment findings, clinical interpretation, and evidence-based recommendations relevant to the child’s identified needs. Where appropriate, reports may also support onward referral or assessment processes.

Our Assessment Services Include:

Detailed Clinical Reports
• Occupational Therapy Assessment and Report
• Speech and Language Therapy Assessment and Report

Each assessment includes direct clinical observation and interaction, review of relevant developmental and background information, and consultation with parents or carers. Assessments are conducted in a supportive and structured clinical environment using recognised assessment approaches appropriate to the child’s presentation.

What’s in the Report?

Depending on the type of assessment completed, reports may include:

• Clinical observations and assessment findings
• Professional clinical analysis and interpretation
• Identification of communication, sensory or functional needs
• Evidence-based therapeutic recommendations and support strategies
• Recommendations regarding onward referral pathways where appropriate

Reports are written in a clear and accessible format to support understanding of the child’s assessed presentation and identified needs
