Staff Training & Inset

Building Confidence, Promoting Inclusion

At SEND & Sensory, we provide bespoke staff training and INSET (In-Service Training) sessions designed to strengthen your team’s knowledge, confidence, and inclusive practice. Our training is practical, engaging, and shaped to reflect the real-life challenges faced in classrooms and education settings today.

Whether you’re looking to develop whole-school awareness or support specific staff working with pupils with SEND, our expert-led sessions give your team the tools they need to make a lasting difference.

What Our Training Offers

Our training is led by experienced Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and SEND consultants. Sessions are interactive and can be tailored to meet the needs of early years, primary, secondary, or special school settings.

  • Behaviour as communication: interpreting and responding supportively

We deliver half-day or full-day INSETs, twilight sessions, or ongoing staff development programmes—on site or online.
