This is a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team supporting children with various language needs between of ages 2 to 11 years old.
You must have experience of working with children in the autism spectrum disorder and have the desire and passion to learn and develop new skills, to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will engage and work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that children are
fully engaged in their care pathway, with significant focus on providing
communication support to Autistic children and children with a Learning Disability.
With support and supervision from the Lead Speech and Language Therapist and a
BCBA, you will develop and implement individualised communication and
behavioural interventions and communication supports based on children’ needs and
strengths, encouraging co-production of service, independence, and development of
life skills with a focus on improving quality of life.
There is a range of training opportunities available, along with clinical and management supervision.
You will be working for a well – established friendly and unique clinics and ARPs with around 20 staff employees with a unique approach to the delivery of therapy in order to maximise children’s lives.
